Prices

All prices on the website shop-sgsnowboards.com include 20% Austrian VAT. Shipping costs will be charged extra.

Austria: 2 working days

Europa Zone 1: 3-5 working days

Shipping costs

Generally we can ship to every country. When you order via our website shopping card tool, we can only ship to the countries listed below. For all other countries please contact us: webshop@sgsnowboards.com and we will ask for a specific freight quotation and inform you. There are small parcels S for clothing, accessoires, etc. and big boxes L-XL for our snowboards.

Tracking number

You will receive a tracking message when the order has been shipped from the warehouse.

RETURNS

Please take your time to decide. We can help you to make the right choice, contact our customer care: mail@sgsnowboards.com

Please do not return items without prior contacting our office. You may only return unused products in original packing for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase reception. In Europe we ship with GLS – so after you contacted us we’ll order a return shipment. Please pack in the unused products in the original package. GLS will pick it up and give it back to us. Once we have approved the return shipment, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation that the invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next few days. You will receive this amount by the same method with which you paid for your purchase. Please take note that you may only use the products for the purposes of testing such as an in store check that they really fit (clothing). Snowboards have to be in the original package (with plastic wrap). We reserve the right to demand compensation in the event that the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.
