ACHTUNG! Renntuning für SG FULL RACE PRO TEAM und SG FULL RACE TITAN: Vor Renngebrauch von Titanal-Modellen ist es erforderlich, die Seitenwangen im vorderen Nose-Bereich von Hand abzuschrägen!

Alle regulären SG Snowboards haben eine Garantie auf Fertigungs- und Materialfehler für die Dauer von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum. Davon ausgenommen sind SG Wettkampf-Snowboards mit Titanal Technologie.

Snowboarden ist ein Wintersport, der Gefahren und Risiken für sich und andere birgt. Vermeiden Sie das Fahren und Springen über Hindernisse, dies kann zu Verletzungen führen. Fahren Sie gemäß Ihrer körperlichen Fähigkeit und Kondition und verhalten Sie sich beim Ausüben Ihrer Sportart immer verantwortungsvoll. Befolgen Sie geltende Sicherheitsbestimmungen und tragen Sie durch Ihr Verhalten zur Vermeidung von Unfällen bei. Erkundigen Sie sich bei örtlichen, geprüften Bergführern oder Snowboardguides, bevor Sie abseits gesicherter Pisten unterwegs sind. Denken Sie daran, dass Snowboardbindungen keine Sicherheitsbindungen sind und daher nicht automatisch auslösen. Kontrollieren Sie daher vor jeder Benützung Ihre Ausrüstung und den richtigen Halt aller Bindungsschrauben.

Internationale Garantie

SG Snowboards Produkte sind ausschließlich für den Einsatz auf Schnee bestimmt. SG Snowboards übernimmt über die gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Garantiebestimmungen hinaus keine Verantwortung für Personen- und Sachschäden. Alle regulären SG Snowboards haben eine Garantie auf Fertigungs- und Materialfehler für die Dauer von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum. Davon ausgenommen sind SG Wettkampf-Snowboards mit Titanal Technologie. Bei Reklamation wenden Sie sich mit dem Kassenbeleg an Ihren Händler. Dieser wird sich um Ihre Garantiefrage kümmern. Je nach Schadensart wird in diesem Fall das Produkt repariert oder ausgetauscht. Mit Behebung des Mangels entsteht kein Anspruch auf Verlängerung der Garantiefristen. Schäden durch Zusammenstöße und Unfälle oder sonstige äußere Einflüsse fallen nicht unter unsere Garantieleistung. Die Garantie umfasst keine Transportschäden, Lagerschäden oder Schäden, die auf falsche Benutzung oder Missbrauch der Boards zurückzuführen sind.

Garantie- und Haftungsausschlüsse

Unter Haftungsausschluss bzw. nicht unter Garantie fallen:

• Entstandene Mängel durch Missachtung der Bedienungsanleitung oder unsachgemäße Handhabung
• Schäden durch unsachgemäße Montage, Einstellung, Bedienung oder Beanspruchung
• Schäden durch mangelhafte Wartung und Pflege
• Schäden durch Produktveränderung
• Schäden durch unsachgemäße Passformen und Lagerung
• Schäden durch höhere Gewalt
• Verschleißerscheinungen und Verschleißteile
• Unwesentliche Fehler und Abweichungen, die für den Wert und Gebrauch des Produkts unerheblich sind
• Personen- und anderweitige Sachschäden
• Andere nicht durch den Hersteller zu vertretende Umstände

IMPORTANT! Competition tuning for SG FULL RACE PRO TEAM and SG FULL RACE TITAN: It is necessary before gate riding to bevel the sidewalls in the nose-area by hand (protection against stubby impacts)!

Regular SG Snowboards are warranted against any manufacturing defects for the duration of two years from the date of purchase. SG snowboards with competition set-up and Titanal technology are not included in this warranty.

Snowboarding is an outdoor winter sport. It involves inherent dangers and risks for you and others. Beware of obstacles which may cause injury. Keep in mind your physical conditions and always ride within the limits of your ability. Depending on your back-country plans, always contact a certified mountain guide or an instructor. The use of this product requires skills and caution. Failure to exercise caution in the use of this product could result in serious body injuries. Adults should properly supervise their underage children using this product. Due to the nature of this product, the seller, distributor and manufacturer of this product assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage, which may be caused by accident, negligence or otherwise. Remember that snowboard bindings do not release. Always check your equipment and the proper tightening of your binding screws prior to every use of the board. Please behave responsibly when going in for your sports. Follow the safety instructions and help to avoid accidents. Be safe, be cool and follow the rider’s responsability code at any time you are on snow.

International Warranty Information

All SG Snowboards products are developed for on-snow use only. Regular SG Snowboards are warranted against any manufacturing defects for the duration of two years from the date of purchase. SG snowboards with competition set-up and Titanal technology are not included in this warranty. For any information, claims, and warranty application, please ask your SG Snowboards dealer. Proof of purchase is required for any returns. Purchaser will send in the merchandise at their expenses. SG Snowboards will return the warranty repair or replacement at company expenses. If the damage is not covered by warranty, the return freight will be charged to the product owner. This warranty does not cover damage occurring during transport, storage or resulting from misuse of the product, normal wear and tear, poor maintenance or from modifications to the product. Neither does this warranty apply to damage due to abuse, negligence and accidents like rock damage.

Warranty and Liability Exclusions

Exclusion from liability and warranty applies to the following:

• damages caused by inadequate assembly, handling or strain
• damages caused by inadequate maintenance and care
• damages caused by changes to the product
• damages caused by inadequate fitting
• damages caused by crashes, collision or other accidents
• damages caused by vis major
• damages of wear and tear parts
• insignificant defects or divergences that are irrelevant to value and use of the product
• personal and other property damages
• other circumstances for which the manufacturer cannot be held responsible
