SG AND FRIENDS HELP FOR TSUNAMI VICTIMS IN MINAMISANRIKU

Sigi Grabner and Elisabeth R Waldner of SG SNOWBOARDS handing over the cheque of € 2.500,– to Koji Sugimoto and Haruhito Mori of SGJapan at their last visit in Tokyo in mid June. The money has been collected by selling Japan-Solidarity-TShirts through the SGsnowboards website. Sigi Grabner with Koji Sugimoto and Yasushi Miura, friend and businessman from Saitama near Tokyo, who organizes help and transport of urgently needed equipment to the tsunami-devastated areas in the small town of Minamisanriku in Mizagi region. At several snowboard camps and SG Cup races last winter they collected clothes and various helpful goods for the people of Minamisanriku that have lost everything in the Tsunami. The small town of Minamisanriku in Mizagi region was completely destroyed, more than 8.000 of their 16.000 inhabitants died in the Tsunami on March 11th.
